Baddest old man in town!

@mike797 Fram used to make great filters but they've been bought out years ago, and are just another corporate business in search of profit. I try to get oem factory filters whenever possible. They cost more, but work much better. Scotty

@scottykilmer Could the lean conditions on bank 1 and bank 2 on my 1999 Ford Taurus Se, be caused by a bad MAF sensor, plugged fuel filter, vacuum leak, or a bad manifold intake gasket?

@lilgreyte20 yes to all, but try cleaning it first. Those filters can ruin em, NEVER use em on maf sensor vehicles.

Is erasing the codes using a scan tool must? Can removing the battery terminal for 10mins work?

@richu27 most modern cars need a scan tool. Some can use the battery disconnect, go ahead and try.
