@shatnershairpiece yeah he got this chord wrong, well not wrong, but confused. The way it is functioning in the progression is as a F#add9 1st Inversion (with the 3rd in the bass) dope chord to use in a minor key!! The progression is basically b6 b3 1st inversion and 1 minor. It is how i'm going to play all my b3 major chords from now on!

Nice video, but some corrections: at 3:26, that is not a D sharp Major 7th. It's a G#7 sus 4, or F#6add9, or 'C# sus2sus4. While there is a D sharp in what you are playing, it is nowhere close to being a D sharp Major 7th chord.

@shatnershairpiece I mean to say D# min7..as I put in the pop up commentary .but that could be wrong too...there are so many tonalities going on in that song..it is very ambiguous ..let me listen again...thx!
