  • where is the next part???????????

  • @Wahabtariqbutt Calm down, I'll make it soon...

  • How did you conclude that uxx has the units of 1/L...

  • @Zyphet The derivative u_x has units (units of u)/(units of x). This is because of the definition of derivative (partial derivative included) as a difference quotient. The second derivative u_xx has units (units of u_x)/(units of x) = (units of u)/(units of x)^2. In the case where both u and x are lengths, this is L/L^2 = 1/L.

  • awesome videos, I like your approach . May I ask what hardware and software you use to prepare these lectures?

  • @waspbr I use Screenflow and Corel Painter Essentials on a Macbook with a Wacom Bamboo tablet and AT2020 usb mic. Sounds fancy reading that, but it's $100 worth of software and $150 worth of hardware, not counting the laptop :).

  • Well you just solved all my doubts of differential equtions hope it works for my GATE paper ..

    :) Thanks a lot ..

  • These are wonderful, wonderful videos, and your explanations of PDE's is just great. The intuition you give for what they mean and how to solve them really is delicious. I eagerly await more videos in the series (here's hoping that more are coming T~T)

  • @commutant you said soon 3 months ago ?? lol

  • Please upload thenext video as soon as possible.

They are awesome, and I have an exam in 5 days.

  • Nice video. Looking forward to the next part! :)

  • @commutant Ah, I should have seen that. Thank you sir.
