Freshly Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland - painful area

Just goes to show that, despite the silly box art and name, this game isn't for the faint of heart. It's not an easy game.

where can i find the chrysalis? i've been trying to find it for ages and i need it to get further in the game (i've gotten to the last continent but i nee help from the pirates who aren't there as they're looking for the body guard that's still in the dungeon) there are no videos showing the location on the chrysalis and the walkthroughs aren't terribly clear.

help me please. ._.
