I just got this ball, and I love it but If I pull it it is very very very in forgiving...it also hits soo much harder than my tornado which is what I hade before. But I love the nail ive been so excited o get it

dude get a urethane ball. they are perfect for a down and in type shot. once you throw a urethane ball you'll love it. just make sure to get a urethane ball with a dynamic core, not just a pancake weightblock.

No the misfit and nail are too close in reaction. I'd say fireroad, misfit and something strong, like a track 811c/t or brutal nightmare for heavier oil. also look into getting a urethane ball for a spare shots and very light oil. Hope i could help. :)

I received My Nail ( smoke and fire) last Friday.I took it to the pro shop to get the ball drilled and throw a test game with the nail.During my test game I rolled a 180, but this was also adding a thumb slug and some stuff as well to the ball.That night I bowled my first league play with the nail.My first game was a 264, second game was a 199 ( dropped my shoulder) the third game was a 212 for a 675 series.Which the 264 was my highest game ever and series as well I have a 167 average.

the nail is going to stronger than the vibe. look at the blue hammer its urethane and should help you better with down n in play. or take your vibe and sand it to a rougher grit 2000 or 1000 abralon then i should play better down n in.

The midnight vibe is pretty weak. Probably depends on how your ball was drilled and what kind of pin placement you have on your ball.

im looking for a ball weaker then my midnight vibe im looking for something that'll be more of a down and in ball some people recomended the nail, blue hammer, and the grape vibe witch one would be best for a smooth arc??
