Cool, so all we need is for Arizona to turn it's entire state into pond scum farm and we have it made! We can produce oil at the same, or more likely a much higher, cost than fossil fuels. How much water (which is not "free" or even in large amounts in some areas) does it take? How much energy to produce a barrel? What is the real cost of a barrel of oil?
