The money supposedly being paid back by the banks is actually extortion money that the banks were forced to take in secret meetings. Obamas thugs put a gag order on the bankers so they could not talk about the scheme. This taxpayer money will not go back to the taxpayers, but to the Obama goons. That was the whole scheme to get your money to creeps like ACORN and the SEIU. Obama has got to be tried for treason to save humanity.
