How much dilitium does it need to reach warp 9?

Yes and light is electromagnetism but if you start out with just the electrical conversion into useable electricity and do nothing with the magnetism then you’re only dealing with one half of the available energy.
Best of luck with your explains it all theory Ill stick with practical applications that exploit both sides of the energy spectrum vs. lop sided views comprising the mechanical nature of the Environmental Engine.

@wingchunguru3 This is philosophical mumbo jumbo. Particals and waves are not opposing forces. Light is radiation that has a definite energy value against the static energy we have here. I have a theory on time , particles, and waves that explains it all.

There is more energy in the transduction of the magnetic force vs. the electric force. Then of course proper manipulation of the magnetic force yields the electric energy requirements for human consumption.
The Environmental Engine comprises two stages not a single action!
Cold + Hot = Work
Dark + Light = Work
Pull + Push = Work
Implosive + Explosive = Work
Fission + Fusion = Work
Yin + Yang = Work

There again with your solar idea you are only using the scavenging cycle comprising wind-down energy to power your device. You’re on the right track with solar your just using the wrong conversion technique, which has to do with the dual nature of light e.g. particle and/or wave.

@wingchunguru3 Oh I fully understand the type forces involved. The magnitude is completely out of the picture. A 4% increase would have to be in the neighborhood of 2 to 4 HP. Like the solar panel car, I calculated it would take 37,000 ft sq to power my sports car at noon at the equator and probably 10 times that to push the panels themselves down the road. Solar panel car, solar panel pipe dream. Magnitude is everything.

Now mind you this only happened when my wing was mounted to any test vehicle,
(the fuel expanded and gave false readings)
Funny how the gas only expanded in my tank when one of these devices had been attached to the exterior of the vehicle!
BTW after the BP oil spill I discontinued all of my efforts concerning fuel economy technology opting only for Electro-Magnetic technologies.

I conducted and documented these tests in a logbook, on video and on several Yahoo groups only bought fuel from the same place using the same pump etc…
You know what most people said?

The bottom line is no energy gain via vortex action no additional acceleration, period.

It is this same vacuum energy or multi cyclonic action occurring on the intake cycle of the turbo f.e.g. radial and axial flow combined that gains energy, which directly accelerates your vehicle via the compressor cycle comprising the Venturei pinched pipe and impeller stages of the turbine.
The exhaust cycle of the turbo is doing useful work by winding energy down conversely the intake cycle is doing useful work by winding energy up.
Utilizing bio-engineering techniques the resulting mechanical constructs might resemble organs found in humans and other animals/nature because we are dealing with the reproductive cycle of energy Implosion (gain) vs. Explosion a (loss) of energy
Often in nature the invisible implosive reaction goes unnoticed while the visible explosive action receives all of humankind’s misguided attention
