  • i go with the second. actually, they are not allowed to mention the guns being fired. that is the job of the supervisors. The super on scene figured it was a dry shoot and therefore, they did not file the paperwork themselves

The reprimand should have been in house and one should not have to worry about the US Government lying and hiding evidence. we are supposed to have a fair trial where all the facts come out, not just some.

  • As you might agree, once you are in front of a judge and jury, it does not matter who has the truth but who is able to prove it. There are two possibilities; they lied and cover-up in their written reports and are being reprimanded for that or they are being frame from people in the chain of command all the way to the ex-president. Unlikely but possible. I go with the first option (which is also public domain knowledge). See other cases where border patrol shot and kill without further problems

  • actually if you do a search on the trial, read the transcripts and all the information that has come out since the trial, you will find that the US Attorney hid evidence, refused to allow cross questioning from the defense, in violation of their 6th amendment rights (allowing them to address their accuser). with held information from the jury regarding the FOUR drug smuggling operations before the trial started, Sutton Talks about the October load, and it did happen, in fact it happened TWICE

  • thanks

  • I'm so glad this day came! I haven't had the honor of meeting Patti Compean, but I have met the Ramos' and I'm SO HAPPY to see that smile on Monica's face! I will look forward to celebrating with these 2 heros!

  • do a search right here in Youtube about the number of times that Police comes out with the same BS when they shoot somebody. Pointing something shiny?? come on.. the guy was running, the shot was on his ass. Do you seriously believe that a US attorney was going to risk it for a Mexican+illegal+drug smuggler...yeahh.. right... So, he wanted to frame this guys and demoralize the force? I think it was other way around.. he wanted to send a message that cover-ups are not a code of conduct.

  • there were no lies,. to this day they said they shot because they saw the dope runner turn and point something shiny back at them. that alone gives them the right to shoot to protect themselves..

go get educated on the entire story, and stop believeing that dumbass US Attorney Sutton, who has been proven all his statements have been nothing but out right lies. remember the October load, there wasnt one, there was TWO. Four smuggling operations before trial starts and jury doesnt hear that.

  • So if they were so inocents, why the coverup and lies. Lets free up all the corrupt cops too while we at it. People really have short memories of what really happened. maybe the next lie or coverup is not caught on tape.

  • Nacho Ramos on the John and Ken Show for the whole hour on KFI 640 in Los Angeles. google the name of the show and look for the podcasts on the right side of the page.

Compean will be on the show MONDAY

  • US ATTY. Johnny SUTTON needs to do JAIL TIME for

    violating his OATH of OFFICE.
