Well I'm finally back after moving across the country..bout time!

I learned this a few days after the song was released. There weren't any live videos to look at while I was learning it, so I figured this out as best I could by ear.

Yes, this is a live video - I'm really playing along with the song as I filmed the video, hence the few mistakes! Sorry about those but I wasn't wanting to sit as still as a statue.

I read each and every comment, so it'd mean a ton if you left some love! (or hate). Let me know if you liked the video, and please subscribe! Thanks :)

Guitar: ESP LTD EC-1000
Strings: Ernie Ball Strings (Gauges 10-52)
Amp: Line 6 Pod X3 pedal
Tuning: Drop C
Recorded with: Line 6 Pod X3 recording into Reaper
Tab: I didn't write one, sorry
Camera: Sony HDR CX-100 Video Camera

  • Hey since your using line 6 gear for this cover, i was wondering how you got your tone for this specific song? Did you just put it on insane? and for the guitar part starting at 45 seconds, what'd you do? thank you

  • @Guitarplayer629 It sounds like your using a Line 6 amp. My pedal is different from Line 6 amps, so there's no "insane" setting. At 0:45 I turned my reverb and delay on at the same time. But I don't have a foot switch for turning them on, so that's why I made a mad dash to hit the buttons on my POD. I had to restart the video many times because I'd miss the delay setting and hit the button beside it, which turns on a chorus pedal..hahaha.

  • awesome cover man :)

    what gear are you using?

  • @hipepoes124 I updated the description, take a look!

  • At @0:43 try switching your bridge pick-ups to your neck pick-ups...

  • @Captainfluffcake666 I'm not a huge fan of how it sounded that way. I think it came out pretty nice the way it is?
