Our Kickboxing Classes are 45 minutes of non-stop action: Heavy bag work, focus mitts, jump rope, calisthenics, shadow boxing and abdominal conditioning. This class is an amazing head-to-toe workout that is perfect for absolute beginners on up to experts. Equipment provided, no experience necessary, class size is limited to 16 people. Look for it on our class schedule! Cross Kick is a combination of kickboxing and cross-training that will kick your butt!!!
