If anyone knows a free .swf converter I'll re-encode and re-upload with decent video quality (swf2avi refuses to work on my 64-bit machine no matter what I try). As is I kinda hacked together some screenshots in VirtualDub and did my best to adjust them to the right times but as you can tell I didn't completely succeed.
