Charlie Prince inspired me to track down a pair of these fine weapons right now i found a site called Uberti that sells them my question is in the movie its kind of hard to tell are his .45 schofields nickle plated or blued with a worn finish? if anyone knows please let me know. Awesome video! Amazing gear =]

The cool thing is the scholfield was a pretty rare gun to see in the "old west" The Smith and Wesson model 3 of course was a very popular gun and outproduced in numbers the Colt SAA well into the 20th Century. The model 3 is the frame size not a specific model, Like a S&W "N" frame or "J" frame today. There were many model 3's. The Russian, American, Scholfield and the NEW model 3. the scholfield was slightly different becasue the latch was on the frame instead of the barrel And shot the S&W 45

i got a .357 Ruger Vaquero. its stainless steel with faux ivory grips and gold inlay on the cylinder. i still think just about any long barreled form of the schofield is one of the most if not the most beautiful revolver designs ever made. they just look awesome. i gotta get one.

It's a truly remarkable gun rig. i don't know if anyone else has mentioned it, and if they have, i apologize, but those aren't roses. Believe it or not, they're flames. the rig is called the Flames of Hell, according to Will Ghormley, who made the holsters for Ben Wade Charlie Prince , Johnny Ringo from Tombstone and Brad pit when he played Jesse James. but i must say i envy you, and want that rig for myself... if i get it, i think i'll stick with the Denix Schofield in black and gold, though.

Eagle Grips make grips for your pistols. You might like their Bufflo horn grips which are black and you can order them checkered. I have some of their grips on a S and W I have.
