Wisner is the son of the man who created Operation Mockingbird a CIA program whose main purpose was to delude Americans by putting stories of questionable truth in major US media publications. This was done by getting writers publishers etc. to take money from the CIA in exchange for proffering the stories in question.

Just for everyone's information, this video is outdated, as originally Wisner was sent to advise that Mubarak should resign to defuse the crisis, this is no longer true at all, in fact Wisner has called it "crucial" that Mubarak stay on in the interest of "stability", in direct contradiction of the American policy he had been asked to convey.
So it was a smoke-screen all along, they went in under the guise of freedom for the people, and once there pulled the Zionist card.
