The 4th Wave Disaster Relief Operation was coined during the 3rd Wave @ South Fairway, San Pedro, Laguna on October 17 and was launched on Oct 31, 09 in Poblacion Sur & Carusocan, Sta Barbara, Pangasinan. A partnership of the Lord Of Harvest Churches (Batangas City & Las Vegas, NV) for the people of Sta Barbara who were victims of Typhoon Pepeng and whose properties and crops were severely devastated due to the flooding caused by the opening and overflowing of San Roque Dam.
