Always ask for a doctor's permission before massaging any person with an aliment, pain or disease that you have questions about.

  • Aren't frictions suppose to be done fast? On a tendon that has adhesions?

  • @ shlempnar the only the way the spouse will get a massage is if they randomnly come in the office and make an appointment. As the significant other if your spouse has a job that most ppl get to enjoy they more than likely won't do it to you or for you because they do it as a job day in and day out which sucks!

  • Good techniques. Deep tissue massage is a great way to help with those deeper muscles that are tight.

Always drink plenty of water after a massage it helps to flush out remaining toxins

  • @shlempnar most massage therapist don't massage there partners.
