aww i'm jealous I suck at body rolls. I can barely do them with an acrylic sphere and my new stage ball has a weird surface and doesnt work as well as I thought it would.

Hi there! First I would like to say, I love your videos, and you're a very good contact juggler.
Second, I'm new to contact juggling, and trying to learn body rolls, any in particular you could suggest to start with?

@MrHourglass first off thanks, secondly i guess arm rolls are a good place to start, then chest, and behind the head, and maybe bridge. from there it is just playing to see how you can change them up. like half chest rolls, or around the neck, and just generally trying to see where you can send the ball and what you have to do to keep it on your body. Please let me know if you have any more question or want a video explanation.

thanks, but the tricks in is this video are done sloppily. They are harder with an acrylic mostly because it hurts when you don't do the tricks correctly. keep practicing with the stage ball and it will start to feel more natural

This is a great video, lots of very nice moves. Lovely stuff. Don't suppose you've got any advice on behind the neck rolls? I can never keep the ball under control, and it just flies off my body after it gets to the second shoulder.

well when you do it correctly it should feel like a chest roll, try to really lift up you shoulder while dipping your head down, if you know of the one spot that is really troubling you try to just roll the ball over that spot by placing the just before it and giving it a little push so you can get the feel of it, and once your comfortable than try the whole trick again, repeat as necessarily
