Mussels ala Martez

Chefs are making more money than musicians these days so i have sold all my guitars and bought a frying pan. This is my favourite food of all time, mussels steamed in oil, garlic, shallots, chilli with white wine vinegar, soy and fish sauce then garnished with parsley. Watch out Ramsey theres a new player in town...

Yeah i love mussels. Most of the time i just steam them in saltwater and eat them with a splash of vinegar but thought i try this Thai style.
