Thx for uploading this mate. Im 20, started smoking weed intensively when I was 15 (about 5 to 10 spliff a day) and I have not smoked for 3 days now cuz my guy is out of town, and I reckon its the first time since I started that I have not had a smoke in such a long time. Hes back tomorrow and I was supposed to get some, but then I found this. And I feel like I am ready to stop (I have just decided it) because of you mate. Im goin through what you went in this video as Im talking, but confident.
