@jbomb28 Having his Gi rip has nothing to do with him not finishing the triangle. He just didn't have it.

Phil also resembles Andre Arlovski. He looks like a smaller version of Arlovski.

I was training under Phil at that time. The triangle was his signature move. He also liked the triangle arm choke, double leg takedown, and single-leg takedown. He would grab my wrist; when I yanked back to break the grip, he would explode into a single-leg takedown.

My boy Rob was on his way to a triangle in the beginning of that match but Phils Gi Ripped.. Phil is good.. but Rob would Def win a Rematch. Rob Just got back From the TUFF tryouts and beat everyone he went with.. So we could be seeing him on the next Ultimate Fighter 9

Maybe y'all should set it up. Phil always up for some good competition.
As for TUF, good luck to Rob. Both Phil and Kamal from our school made it to the final interviews for TUF but didn't have the right kind of "attitude" for what the producers were looking for. Of course, when Kamal tried out, that was for the last season that they didn't have the fighters fitght there way on and they ended up with so many problem children.
