This is a failure of the the justice system, this nigger should have been behind bars and stayed there for his first offense, its so easy for criminals to get out of prison and continue there rampage.

Alfonso was classified as a serial killer by the FBI. They were so worried what he would do next, that he made the FBI's Ten Most Wanted List. He was apprehended in Mexico in 2004, after less than two years on the list.
