Battlestar Galactica: We Paid the Price In Lives

I would argue that taking into account the transformative nature of this work, combined with the purpose and character of the use(especially its noncommercial nature), and the minimal effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work, this work would qualify as a fair use of copyrighted material under United States law. My first Battlestar Galactica fan/music video. It's set to the Pirates of the Caribbean theme song. I plan on making more of this type of video; it'd be greatly appreciated if you'd comment with what you think or any advice you might have for future projects. Thanks!

When you stand on this deck, you be ready to fight or you dishonor the reason we're here... When you fight a man, he is not your friend. The same goes when you lead men.
