An ASU student visits the democratic headquarters with a Bush T-shirt on -- then visits republican headquarters with a John Kerry shirt. The results are very different.
Very...stylish presentation. The reason why the Republicans were so touchy was because a college student in Boone is typically a rich, white liberal Democrat going to school on their parents' dime. Their efforts (within the law, as it's presented) to curb college registration is because they feel like the local elections are being hijacked by uninformed, transient voters who don't care as much as they say. Both parties have good things to offer, all you have to do is research the individual candidates. I would never base my entire opinion of either party on one person...I'm pretty sure that's one of the paths to the Dark Side. :) Yes, everyone does have their own agenda...I think that's the idea behind free will, corkamus. Political parties are groups of people with similar political agendas willing to make compromises of individual agendas for a greater ideal. That's how democracy operates.

Next election, do you expect a candidate to run without an agenda? Do you plan to work to change the system?
Or do you plan to let somebody else tell you what to do?
And those Republicans DO represent all local Republicans running for office...by the way.

Students at ASU should send a message, all right, that they won't forfeit their constitutional rights.
