i recently bought a 96 v6 and wanted to know if someone could steer me in the irhgt direction as for a gear upgrade and possibly the rear end also? Any and all help is very apprecaited, thanks.

You need to look for a 8.8 out of the SN Mustang. 1994-2004. That is a "GT" v8 cars rear and what do you have for a trany? If you have a auto, get ride of it and go to a 5 speed, but if that is not a option, auto- 4,10 gears and the 5 speed 3,73s are a good set up for it.
