  • Hi, by yearling do you mean 1 year old? Thanks

  • @Nativedwarf Yes. A yearling refers to an animal that is approximately one year of age.

  • did u make that food, or did u buy it? and if u bought it, where did u buy it from?

  • I prepare the gelatin suspension myself.

  • @RMBolton Could you please make a video on how you prepare it or tell me in a message? I tried to make it using those ingredients, just different than the turtle brittle and trout chow, I used wardley turtle food and newt and salamander bites, I can't get it to suspend, I only mixed the blend with non flavored gelatin and cooled it, I can't feed it like yours. Can you please tell me because I'm sick of having to freeze and kill the mice and have them wasted. Any help would be greatly appreciated

  • @pokelegofan Hi there. It's a bit tricky to find the right ratios. More than a few times I have had to melt the final product down again (by heating it) and add more gelatin. I suspect that this is what has happened with your mix. Just a tip (since pre-packaged gelatin in stores can get expensive), have a look at bulk food stores--it's usually much cheaper and easier to distribute. Good luck!
