@coolhilts Thanks for the Great Escape Quotes!

This is the way they played it on WABC-AM in New York!

thanks for posting! it's good to hear this version with the harmonica parts the way i remember.
-
@sportsmediaamerica Also more reverb, and stereo simulation, since the original Parlophone track was in mono.

Look like Ringo is letting the cig smoke drift into John and Yokos faces.

@coolhilts i agree !

yes, this is the most together mix of the tune. Super-cool to hear it again. the tempo is up, the harmonica is unleashed and the energy is the best. the other, slower, sparer takes are interesting, but this seems obviously the tightest version. thanks!

This is a great version of "Thank You Girl" which to Brits might sound like it has more harmonica. Actually it's the USA version of the song which Capitol included on the Beatles Second Album and which we colonials have heard all of our lives. [Down with the British. Up with the Rebels]. If the British army had the Beatles at the head of their columns during the Revolutionary War, they might've conquered America in days. The Beatles sure did. Thanks for the upload.
