no what he means is he had a perfect run #2 World wide i think. He missed the wiggler on HIS screen but the ghost hit it. So its a perfectly good run if u race it but when u watch ur replay it hits the wiggler.

i know, im saying if you bumped you will loose like 2 seconds at most, the top10 are usually 1 sec or less from #1 to #10 :S but i wud believe nintendo would remove it cuz it looks flawed

Yes it can. It happened to me. The ghost crashed even though I didnt crash in the race. Its some wierd glitch
