Of course you are going to have businesses that are going out the door. Fort Wayne is brutal to open up a respectable business. First of all, a lot of people in the city that will not work for less then X amount of money (They can make more money on welfare and unemployment). If you can find them will they come to work and not steal from you (I know a lot of small business owners that have this problem), then there is dealing with the city itself. RED TAPE!!!! Welcome to the welfare state!!!
lol yet contractors are still building new plazas and new buildings... idk why the shate we need more plazas when we have enough vacant..... so many new centers all vacant... the question is why, if there are already existing ones vacant why more???
yeah that home depot moved over by mejiers on lima road a long time ago. most of stuff in there are resteraunts now. this is dated. there are a bunch of chains in this area now. that first place was an oyster bar. now it is a sparts bar. the lon sen used to be one of the best buffets in town, but it sucks now a days. when you visited, was it in the morning? because that place didnt start serving till 11 am. that last building is always out of business. they put a buffalo wild wings there
Oh no! Not again! Don't tell me these are signs of the end! Even if people on the news tell us that the economy is improving that won't make things better. It will make things worse. EconCat88 can you please fix the economy for us?

It's coming everywhere. As Gerald Celente predicts, there will be ghost malls, gang warfare, tent cities, Look out, it's coming to a town near you
