A customised centre console to accommodate a Car PC in a Vauxhall Vectra GSi. All work carried out myself including the boot install. Not bad for an amateur!

  • Hey Dude what In-Dash Monitor are you using? I am also planning to install a car-pc into my car but I don't know what In-Dash Monitor would do the job... So what are you using?

  • I have since taken out my install mainly because the screen let me down. The screen retails for around £200 but isn't really branded so you can find it on e-bay by searching 7" motorized touch screen or FD-TS07B. They usually come from HK or China. To be honest I would NOT recommend the screen as the motor mechanism breaks very easily. Mine came with a 2 week guarantee and guess what happened after a month of owning it!!!

You get what you pay for!

  • song ?

  • (song) My Brother made it.

  • My first Youtube Upload so don't be too harsh!

  • your modding is great has inspired me to do some modifications aswell especialy that alluminium plate :) so +1 from me. Also can you send me the song? I realy enjoy it :) Cheers

  • oh oh shit, i just came. Did you just use finger print recognition for your car stereo/PC thats in a VECTRA, mean. Nice job, but I think it needs an upgrade bring it to my Signum

  • @ErionV they have around 195hp std, and can range from 1k-5k depending on year, condition and mileage. check my vids for mine ;-)

  • Pretty cool.

  • He modded the shit out of that ride! He put the steering wheel on the wrong side!!! LULZ!

  • epic music

  • k90 lcd touch screen works very nice in a vectra b, as the screen comes out from the lower half of the DIN unit, and hence the angle can be adjusted upwards, and not get stuck on dash buttons

  • Dude, that head unit setup is well tech, would make me worry about it crashing though coz it's PC. If Apple did a version that wouuld be the bomb!!

I think you're onto a winner with your system, not too sure about the sub though, I have those audiobahn saubs and I know they're not that great, need to get some JL audio, or Kicker, or Rocksford fosgate. I don't think the audiobahns look slick anymore, they just look cheesy... But after all that, good job
