Nothing wrong with your timing man! ;-)
Sounds great!

For the moment I am playing in my room with a small tube amp : blackstar HT1, I'll try several settings like clean channel, more gain and overdrive pedal in front...

Good stuff and yess there´s only one Rothers but you are getting close
Maybe you should do something for the band to get more close ,,I´d say start doing the Merch for Marillion hahahahahah

Mate great job take no notice from anyone else , i am just starting to try and play guitar and if i can play that solo i will go to my grave happy. Notice you have a Gibson can you do everything you want on it?, i am going to get an electric in the new year but struggling to know what to get . I want to play loads of rip roaring power solos eventually. PS Steve Roth one of my faves along with Neal Schon ... keep up the good work...
Very Good !!
Could you please explain your settings to get such sustain ? And where dis you get the tab by the way (if you have any) ?

@RVBNissa No tablature - just worked out by ear and watching Steve at close quarters! The settings will be different from amp to and amp and it also depends on what FX pedals you have going on but broadly speaking here's what I used to get the sound: Amp gain set to about 75%. Amp EQ: Bass 4, Mid 6, Treble 9. Presence 6. Tube Screamer Pedal: Drive 45%, Gain 30%, Tone 50%.Chorus Pedal: Speed 0.10 Hz, Depth 28%, Mix 24%. Digital Delay: Time 480ms, Feedback 39%, Mix 32%. Played on neck pickup.

@jimarillion Thanks a lot for this information :)
I have no chorus but I'm waiting for a compression / sustain pedal, I'll try with this...
Nice work again and great vibratos ;)

@RVBNissa Don't overdo it with the sustain pedal. The best and most natural sounding sustain will come from a combination of guitar and amplifier volume. Should have mentioned that after the pre-amp and FX I used a tube power amplifier with a clean sound but set with quite a warm EQ, then going into a Marshall 4x12 angled cab fitted with Celestion vintage 30s.
