The Indian meditations really do help. They give you a buzzy, fuzzy warmth inside. When I was younger, we would go to the temple and the entire audience would take part in one. I swear, the walls vibrated and it felt so...uniting. :DDD
I suppose you're doing the same thing, except with the more...conventional, enjoyable sound we call music. Thank you, Ben, for, well, uniting a group of people (even if it's just for a while), one show at a time. :D
