I put a cane creek s8 headset on my winter bike. I did not expect any issues with it since the headsets on my two other bicycles are Chris King. I have never had any issues with my Chris King headsets. I've haven't had to think of any headset issues for so long that I was a bit surprised that the bearings on my cane creek s8 were toasted. The bearings are crunchy. It still works, but I'm undecided about replacing the bearing or throwing it out or giving it away?

Makes me want to ride, of course I have to deal with the snow and ice that have covered all these beautiful North Carolina riding spots! For now, I'll have to be satisfied with the video and the great Enemy Lover's soundtrack.
