anyone know how long the stroke was in that motor? obviously had at least 7.5 " pistons, was it the weakening on the sides or top and bottom of the main case that led to the failure? did that right rear wheel get the driver?

Did the tractor have extra supports from the maincase to the engine block? Its supposed to help prevent that. Im sure after a while it will still happen though with a engine built up so much.

I would suspect that they may have used an aluminum frame, as many of the more serious pullers with deep pockets do on the G's to reduce weight
