I heard papillions can be used as seeing eye dogs. Is that true?

these dogs are really cure. its a shame that they're horibly inbred

I taught my now-deceased :'( French Papillon to open a door...when he was 12. These dogs remain trainable even in their old age.

My papillon sheds very little, I think they only have single coat.

So that's how them scene girls got those annoying cuts. :P

I have an amazing Papillon who is incredibly smart and gets along with my Boston Terrier beautifully (well all dogs & people for that matter). I don't know how people can say anything bad about this breed. Mine (and my friend's) Papillon are not yappy or snappy. Like all dogs, if trained properly, they make great companions. I highly recommend this breed, especially for first time dog owners who are looking for a toy breed. They are so loyal and such lovers!

I have a Papillon.... and he's brilliant, easy to train, sociable, and super cuddly. I think I'll probably get him a buddy soon so he has a playmate ;)
I think it is more the fact that ANY dog can turn aggressive with improper training and socialization.
