Nikki accumulated some 20 hours of flight time several years ago and then ran into an instructor who was a very bad match for her learning style. This was her first flight in a small airplane since that time. The flight lasted about half an hour, during which time she flew the airplane nicely. She was afraid of stalls, but I think she's over it now. (If the AOA warning ("stall") and the landing gear position warning voices bothered her, she didn't say anything about them.) The landing was standard for smooth, almost glassy, water: a gradual descent into the light breeze, using the trees as the last visual reference on shore to establish our height.
