Heat/AC was not working. Fault was in blower motor located under passenger side glovebox. Dealer Estimate for repair - $450. DIY Price: ~ $30

The flashing lights indicate an ECC (enhanced climate control) fault, and is best to have it checked by a dealer before taking replacing any parts.
