@chrisdrynan Glad it helped, YES, locking the document is the #1 thing I see that people don't know to do. (That, or they are like me and know but keep forgetting to do it after editing the document/template.) I don't think I show it in my video but in Word 2007 and 2010 you can also get to the "lock" stuff at the far right end of the REVIEW tab.
