Change Hair Color - Photoshop CS5 Tutorial
Not happy with the way my older version of this tutorial came out, I've redo it with better results and more detailed explanation. With some detail in the hair, this technique will work on any hair color!

Oh & you missed a part of the brown hair on the shoulder, and you didn't take the hair behind her neck into account. When she's blonde her hair shouldn't be so dark in behind.

It's a very bad idea is to make a tutorial and skip the selection part... you lost me there so how am I supposed to learn the rest?

You are using some sort of combo of keys to make a selection appear (in this case, you are selecting the hair). Im almost positive you are using the same combo in the Fire art video (@13:39 in the fire art video) you posted before.
Do you mind telling me what buttons you are pressing? I hear you saying," control + click" ,but when I do it, nothing happens. Help?

@IviewitUpostit I just Ctrl + Clicked either the Layer Mask or that layer I had containing that black outline of the hair.
