this is a video showing the physx effects in the game "warmonger" thats part of the nvidia power pack......and was run using the XFX gts250(512mb),and all detail was set to maximum
this was quite a suprise to me since i am only using a pentium D 915(2.8ghz) and 2gb of ddr2 ram, however i am happy with the results
the video was caught using the popular "fraps" program and was edited using the program "TMPGenc" which uses "cuda" to speed up encoding, and 63% of the encoding was done by cuda and the rest by the cpu i thouroughly recommend the gts250 to anyone who requires mid to high end gaming while not having that much to spend, you can get the palit version of the gts250 for just £76.95 exc. VAT from http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/nVIDIA+GTS+250... you can get the 1gb version of the same card from http://www.aria.co.uk/Products/Components/Graphics+Cards/PCI-E/nVIDIA+GTS+250... and considering i am using the mediocre pentium D 915 running at 2.8ghz anyone using a core 2 duo or core 2 quad should experience awesome results, core i7 owners can stack up to 3 of these together for amazing results, infact the gts250 is a popular card for i7 motherboards due to their low price and high performance.... enjoy the video
