This series covers Baguazhang, showing how to use the palm for attack and defence as well as giving some really nice training methods. Also covered is an insight into Iron Shirt and why we do it, the real reason why we do it in fact, is to gain whole body fa-jing. Erle will also be covering each of the Bagua postures, taking each and giving a brief method covering many different applications of each.
