Where Does Love Come From? - Belle Foundation

Corpus Callosum was, to our delight, a 2009 recipient of an unsolicited grant from the Belle Foundation for Cultural Development. To show our thanks, we gave a little performance at their annual fundraiser today.

We're not so good at performing background music at parties, so we thought it would be appropriate to manufacture our own audience to sit and watch us, just in case everyone else got too busy sipping wine and plotting sensless acts of philanthropy... although soon enough everyone at the party came over to hang out with the mannequins, which was almost as creepy as performing a set for headless mannequins in the first place.

By the way, the Belle Foundation crew is so pleasant! Amazingly so! Artistic guardian-angels they certainly are.
