He meant well for his country, he just did not have the knowhow of how to do it no education but was very knowledgeable of what was happening around him. He had a hatred of Israelis because of the history he knew about Israel from some of the history and books he read. But he is also a by-product of British colonialism in Africa...a wasted man, used abused, laughed at and broken. He was used by the British as a handyman in the British military. Very balanced report,for a black, uneducated man, who meant well for his country,puts shame to the current leaders in Uganda,who are spineless and pretend to have been to school.The elite in Uganda are the curse, not this man.

Despite the allegations of cannibalism and his sometimes comical manner (not to mention the figures of genocide) it seem as if he was able to hold things together despite the shitty situation it was in.
