Penn State Hershey researcher Craig Meyers is leading a team that is doing what laboratories are doing around the world, trying to find a cure for cancer. Only Meyers' team has a jump off point that has put them potentially far ahead. They have isolated and are testing a virus called AAV2. This virus is not harmful to humans, but has proven deadly to cancer cells. Right now Craig Meyers and his team are focusing their efforts on seeing the what the virus can do against breast cancer.
