Ember, good luck with your resolution to get back into shape. I'm a certified group fitness instructor (as well as a female WoW player) so if you have any fitness questions, I'd be happy to answer them. As I'm sure you already know, the key with getting in shape is to find something that you enjoy. Try something new if you can, like a Zumba or step class, or anything else that might interest you. I really really like the idea of framing everything positively. I'mma have to steal that. :) My other resolution for the year is not to deal with drama. Period. I'm making it something I don't respond to anymore. *nodnod* And congrats on your stream!!
