The video and music IS slightly out of sync. But anyways, I didn't go to that part to look and listen whether or not the drummer was playing it or 'faking it'. In this case, she didn't play it, but she definitely didn't fake it. FYI, this song has background music as well along with each one of them playing their own instrument. That part that you said the girl faked was part of the background music.

0:15-0:34 person playing xylophone is fine and is in sync
0:36 drummer starts "playing"
0:40-0:44 theres a drum roll, but shes not doing shit besides bass pedal/cymbal
once again, the video and audio is in sync, the drummer is just bad and faking it

The girls aren't fake playing the instruments. As you can see, the video quality isn't that great. The video and music is just out of sync.
