i had a problem like this on my tpi, one of my fuel injector fuses was blown, so i replaced it and it ran perfect after that, so check the fuses you have two... one for each bank

if you have replaced the IAC then start checking hoses it could be a vacum problem

@leetwanker You don't have MAF then do you? It's MAP

Ahh I know your problem. It's about the time you scrap the oil dripping Chevrolet and get yourself a Ford Mustang ;)

It's not the EGR. Code 34 means there's low airflow indicated at the MAF. Any number of things could be causing it to throw the code. Is your TPS set to spec? is the IAC clean and functioning? Is the wiring to the MAF good? Shoot me an e-mail message and I can go into some more detail. I had a code 34 on my GTA a few months ago an it was a bitch to figure out.

Wow. Never imagined Youtube would be this helpful. The IAC has been replaced, have not been able to confirm that the new unit actually works as it should. The IAC passage I can't get into due to the screws being 'welded' in there by age. I may have to re-do the MAF wiring, could be the cause of the code. TPS is set correctly.
