    Nice video thanks. I does seem though that body belaying is recommended here. When I personally would use this as a last resort i.e. if no belay devices or at least a carabiner for an Italian hitch are available. These can be locked of if needed. (appreciate this isn't for full climbing).

  • @JesusNo2 Thanks for your feedback. I appreciate what you are saying, however this podcast is a Mountain Leader refresher. ML candidates are not taught to use slings, carabiners and italian hitches, thus I didn't want to include these options in my podcast.
