in my opinion james, sirius, remus, peter, lily, severus etc. are better than harry, ron and hermione. so much more epic, especially since you already know how it's going to end for all of them... i've just realised that all the main characters from the marauders' time end up dying before their time... :'(

An epic idea for a movie..? Either one based of Voldemorts life as a child, and student at hogwarts, including him making his horcruxes. or one based on the school years of james, lilly, sirius, remus, peter and snape.

One thing that bothers me is that Lily and James in the movies are so old. They were 20 when they got Harry and 21 when they died for merlins' sake!
