people keep saying that Martelly was just a musician. So what; his predecessor wasn't a musician, and look how deep the whole that Haiti is in, both literally and figuratively.

@cvzdez You're correct; secretary of state is not a simple job. Even an appointment of an ambassadorship would have been more fitting for Pras.

I don't know pras not hate, but secretary of state hmm bug tittle how you are well educated in Haitian politice. Okay Martelly, but he was raised in Haiti like I learned the branced of gov in the US he learned them in Haiti and at least has a base. I think would have been better to have someone who understands laws in Haiti gov't how to get things passed in the senate, legistature. I hopw ths was a good move. Martelly
