  • I really want that watch...you like it?

    I can't decide between that and the 300m "Eco-Zilla".

    Thoughts?

  • I have both - they are such different watches, I'm not sure which I would pick! This watch is definitely more of a daily wear watch than the Zilla. The Zilla's are huge watches made specifically for diving.

These can also be had for about 100-120$ on most of the watch forums if you wait for a deal to show up.

  • @truthaboutwatches this one is made specifically for diving as well

  • I've just ordered one! You really must see one on the flesh, there's nothing quite like it. Your video really helped me choosing the blue one although the black dialed ones are a bit cheaper (or at least I found better deals for those). So if it doesn't work for me, it's all your fault!! :p

Cheers and keep posting these great reviews!

  • What a waste of a beautiful watch with such incredibly idiotic, overly mannerist, unpractical lug end design.

  • Nice review, Brian. I, too, have looked at this watch for quite sometime and I appreciate the detail in which you did your review. Now, to find a deal. Thanks.

  • I agree blue lume does kinda look cooler than green I myself would prefer green. the color of greens wavelength is one of the easiest colors for the human eye to see, blue is actually "not as bright" as green. for lume in a watch , of course green will be more visible and hang a little longer in the dark....but blue is certainly more unique and "out of the norm"

  • at 2:20 you speak about the bezel kinda floating in place and makes a little click when tapped on top of it. I find it interesting that citizen couldnt explain further as to why they designed it that way. So allow me to explain it for them. A good divers watch will be designed to compensate for water pressures. After 15 simple feet under water you will have a noticeable resistance in turning the bezel. let alone 40 feet or greater...

  • Excellent review Brian. Correct the orca does not have a power level indicator like the more feature filled divers. However it does have a low-battery warning using the second hand. When the second hand skips 2 seconds at a time, its time for a solar-recharge. I think the zilla also has this feature... but don't quote me on that.

  • @BoaZ1234567891 The back is titanium too, at least both of mine are :-)
